Deposits
A £250 deposit is required to reserve any vehicle.
The deposit secures the vehicle for up to 5 days, during which time it will be removed from public sale platforms (e.g. AutoTrader).
All deposits are non-refundable, unless a verifiable mechanical fault is discovered by a qualified independent inspector prior to collection or delivery.
2.
Vehicle Inspections & Condition
All vehicles are available for inspection and extended test drives before purchase.
Buyers are encouraged to fully inspect vehicles or arrange a third-party inspection prior to collection or delivery.
Vehicles are sold as used, and minor cosmetic imperfections consistent with age and mileage may be present.
3.
Warranty
Every retail vehicle comes with a 6-month AutoGuard Premium Warranty as standard.
Warranty terms and coverage are governed by AutoGuard and will be outlined in your warranty booklet or agreement.
4.
Returns & Refunds
We do not offer a goodwill return period or change-of-mind exchange policy.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers may reject a vehicle within 30 days only if it is proven to be faulty, unfit for purpose, or not as described.
5.
Part Exchange
All part exchange valuations are subject to final inspection at our premises.
Vehicles must be free of undisclosed mechanical issues, accident damage, or finance. Adjustments may be made upon inspection.
6.
Payments
We accept the following payment methods:
Bank Transfer
Debit/Credit Card
Third-Party Finance (subject to approval)
Cash up to £8,000 maximum, in line with anti-money laundering regulations

Vehicle Collection & Delivery
Nationwide delivery is available upon request.
Vehicles can be inspected upon delivery. If the customer chooses to reject the vehicle, the delivery fee is non-refundable.
We welcome weekend collections during business hours.
8.
Trade Sales
Vehicles sold to other motor traders are strictly on a “trade sale” basis.
These vehicles are sold without warranty, and no consumer rights apply.
Buyers are deemed to be purchasing for business/resale purposes and are responsible for inspecting the vehicle prior to completion.
9.
Mileage & Description
Vehicle mileage may vary slightly due to transportation, servicing, or test drives.
While every effort is made to ensure accuracy in descriptions, specifications may differ slightly from manufacturer data. Buyers are encouraged to confirm key features.
10.
Legal Jurisdiction
All transactions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from these terms will fall under the jurisdiction of English courts.
